Back-to-school season can be overwhelming, especially for families with children in multiple grade levels. We provide multi-touch outreach and connect families with health and transportation resources to ensure students are ready for school.
McKinney Vento Families
There’s no single way to experience homelessness. We work alongside schools to design support plans that reduce disruptions in learning and meet families where they are.
SPED Services Support
